When can I expect my first Bandit subscription box to arrive?

All boxes are shipped within 2-3 business days after we receive your order.

Before your subscription ships, you’ll have the opportunity to confirm your bra style selections one week in before and make any needed adjustments.

What happens if I don’t choose my bras before my subscription is scheduled to ship?

If you don’t select your bras at least 48 hours before your scheduled ship date, your box will ship automatically, with the same bras you had selected in your previous shipment. Your card will be charged automatically as well. See our Terms & Conditions for details.

Already got the box and want to exchange the bras? Not a problem! Just log into your membership area to process an exchange (your first exchange is free).

How do I make a return?

Returns are simple! You can initiate a return by logging into your member area.

Do remember that you’ll need to return bras within 30 days, unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags attached. A $5.95 processing fee will be assessed to all returns.

Your refund amount will depend on where you are in your subscription cycle. You will have the option to return and continue your subscription or return and cancel.

A better option? Make an exchange! Just log in to your account to start the process.

You’re in luck – it's super simple to make exchanges on your order and they are always free. Before placing your order, you’ll want to verify your true global size as Bandit uses the European system to provide you with superior sizing accuracy and fit..

Do I have to be home to get my subscription?

No. If our box doesn’t fit in your mail slot or mailbox, look for it by your door or with your doorman

Can I pay with a check? What about Bitcoin?

At this time, Bandit accepts all major credit and debit cards only. We’ll let you know if we add other payment options in the future.

Can I order over the phone?

At this time, the only way to place your order is online through your subscription account.If you’re having trouble placing an order, click here to contact Customer Support via email. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours, and live chat support is also available Mon - Fri 11 am to 5 pm Eastern.

How easy is it to cancel my subscription?

It’s easy! You can cancel anytime, for any reason, by logging in to your subscription account here. Depending on your subscription level and where you’re at in your shipping cycle, a final balance may be due at cancellation.

Don't worry, you're not going to get charged extra.

It's simple, actually. Here's an example. If you subscribed to the Professional that offers two bras every six months, but decided to cancel after only one box, that's totally ok! But since you only paid $95 and the one box a year subscription is $112, we will charge you the difference between the two levels.

Now if you cancel after you got your two boxes, that's totally ok and there are no balances due.

If you would like to receive a refund, you must return all of the bras unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags still attached within 30 days of the original purchase date. Your refund (less a $5.95 processing fee) will be credited to your card on file within 7 business days.

Can I get expedited shipping?

Yes! Regular shipping is always free, but if you’d like to get your bras faster, simply select the shipping method at checkout and it will calculate it for you based on your location.

Can I change the frequency of my shipments after purchase?

Yes! You can always upgrade or downgrade your shipment frequency to the next available membership. For example, if you have the Connoisseur and get bras every 4 months, but decide to switch to the Professional for bras every 6 months, you can always do that by contacting us at support@thebanditshop.com

When downgrading, please note, that depending on where you are in your membership cycle and your selected next shipment date, a final difference might be due. Please see our terms for more information.

Can I pause my membership?

If you would like to pause your membership, you can do so for up to 3 months at a time. Your credit card will not get charged and you will not be an active subscriber, but we will keep your information on file to make sure you can re-start at any time.

What sizes do you carry?

Right now, our bras are available in sizes 30-40 Bands and E (DD) to K Cups. Since we just started out, our offering isn't as big as we want it to be. But we promise to add more sizes and styles every other month! We plan on expanding to bands 46 and cups S.

How can I find out my size in your brand?

At Bandit, we use true global sizing and European-made bras. This helps us connect you with the perfect fit from premium manufacturers.

Why the small collection and limited color choices?

At Bandit, we offer you a small collection of bras intentionally. Our collection is hand-curated, and changes on a continual basis. So what does that mean for you?

Hand-curation means our CEO, Simona, has personally tried on every bra we offer. It therefore passes the “real woman, real boobs” test for wearability, something many high-fashion bras fail.

In terms of color choices, you’ll always be able to find wardrobe staple colors in our collection. Other “accent” colors are available on a rotating basis to let you have the best of what’s currently fashionable. You’ll be able to select your personal favorites in a balance of styles each subscription cycle, repeating or replacing choices as you like

And, let’s not forget the pricing aspect …

By choosing to focus on a few high-quality styles and colors, we’re able to negotiate with our manufacturing partners to bring you incredibly low prices for our styles. While the average large-bust bra costs $80 at retail, our subscription model allows us to offer you superior quality for much, much less.

As we grow as a company, you can expect to see new styles and sizes added. We’ll be listening to you and going back to our manufacturing partners with your feedback. That way, each new addition to our catalog will be something you want built at a quality level you just won’t find anywhere else.

What happens if the style I want isn’t available in my size?

If your preferred style isn’t available in your size when it’s time for your next subscription shipment, we’ll work to make things right ASAP.

You can choose to do one of two things:

1. Take a 10% discount on your current shipment (reach out to our support team for your code)

2. Wait a few weeks. When your bra style comes back in stock in your size - or another new style with your size is added to our inventory - we’ll let you know right away. You can make your selections and we’ll ship out your bras at that time even if it’s off cycle from your next scheduled delivery.

New bra styles and sizes are added to the Bandit collection regularly, and we restock on a continual basis. We won’t leave you without sexy, comfortable support for long!

How often are new bras added to the collection?

New bras are added to our collection every other month. Limited edition collections may be offered at any time - as soon as these elite, desirable styles and special editions become available, we’ll let you know.

Bras may also be removed from the collection as selection dwindles or the style updates. Shop our current collection here, and if you have a special favorite, be sure to stock up!

Can I buy bras without a subscription?

Not at this time. But single bras and limited edition purchases will be available with a Bandit subscription in the future. Why? Because subscriptions are a much better deal! Not yet a subscriber? Start your Bandit experience here – your boobs will thank you

Where are your bras made?

Our bras are made in Europe and sourced directly from the manufacturers.

Picture a room, if you will, full of women, sewing machines, and bra models. All day long, these women create beautiful bras meticulously fitted to specific model sizes. They test new patterns non-stop, and use only the finest high-quality fabrics for foundations, accents, and overlays. Their one mission is to make gorgeous, comfortable bras … and the person they’re making these bras for could be you, a lot faster than you might think …

What are the limited editions?

Limited editions are special, small-batch bra styles. Some are exclusive to Bandit, thanks to our direct relationships with our manufacturers.

Do you offer strapless bras?

Not at this time.

Let’s face it. Strapless bras and big busts don’t always play nice with each other, because gravity. No, it’s not fair. Take it up with Isaac Newton.

Do you offer nursing bras?

Not at this time. As we grow as a company, we’re definitely planning to add nursing bras. We know big busted mamas need support, too!

How long should my bras last?

A high-quality bra should last 6 to 12 months, depending how often you wear it and how you care for it.

Some bras can last for years if cared for carefully. However, you can expect the fit and support level to shift as the fabric, elastic, and hooks start to deteriorate.

How should I wash my bras?

Wash your bras by hand, and then lay them out flat to dry. DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE DRYER. High heat is a killer for the delicate fabrics and elastics of your bras.

If you don’t think you have time to hand wash your bras, try Simona’s shower wash method. The full story is on the blog, but here’s the basic version:

  1. Get into the shower wearing your bra. Yes, that’s right. Still wearing it.
  2. Soap up using your regular body wash or shampoo.
  3. Remove the bra and rinse.
  4. Finish your shower.
  5. Lay the bra flat to dry, with the insides of the cups facing up.

If you prefer to use the washer take care to hook your bras, put them in a lingerie bag, and use the gentle cycle. Hooking the bra prevents snagging or band stretching and can extend the life of your bra.

Remember, no dryer time for your bras -- it’s basically bra murder to put them in there. Lay your bras out flat to dry on a towel, with the inside of the cups facing up.

How often should I wash my bras?

You should wash your bras by hand every three to four times you wear them. That’s the industry line.

However, based on how much or little you sweat, you may wish to wash your bras more or less frequently. You know yourself best. Do what’s necessary for hygiene, and remember to always be gentle on your bra as you wash it and NEVER put it in the dryer

Can I wear your bras everyday?

Yes and no.

Yes, you should absolutely wear a Bandit bra every day. It’s the best way to ensure you’re in your true global size and wearing a flattering bra that actually gives you the support and comfort you deserve.

No, try not to wear the same bra every day. Give bras a rest between wearings to let the fabric fibers recuperate and extend the life of your bra.

What’s the best way to store my bras?

Store your bras laying flat, with the cups nested into each other. This helps keep them from being crushed or pulled out of shape between wearings.

How much is shipping?

Regular shipping on your subscription box is always free.

But if you want expedited or express shipping, you can always select those options at checkout for an additional fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Bandit subscriptions ship to US addresses only.

I need to change my shipping address.

You can change your shipping address inside your subscription account.

You’ll need to allow 3 business days for us to process your address change to guarantee your subscription ships to the right address.

I need a bra ASAP. do you offer expedited shipping?

If you need to get your bras faster, we recommend selecting expedited or express shipping at check out, for an additional fee. Regular shipping is always free.

CAN I RETURN JUST ONE BRA?

No. Bras need to be returned as a box set. However, you can do single bra exchanges (and remember, your first exchange is free!).

Our return rules are how we keep our prices competitive, even as we source our bras from Europe. In the near future, we do plan to offer single item purchase and return options for our subscription members, but until then bras must be returned as a set.
